GIVE YOUR PIECES A SECOND LIFE WITH DREAM CLOSET

With Dream Closet you have the opportunity to monetize pieces you no longer wear and give them a second life. Follow these simple steps to start selling on our platform.

1. Send photographs of your pieces along with your seller information (learn more about item condition)
Take photos of your products from different angles. Include soles, linings, and interiors. Fill out the following form with your seller information: SELL WITH US

2. Wait to ensure your items pass our quality filter
A Dream Closet fashion expert will verify the condition and authenticity of your products. We only accept shoes, bags, accessories, and clothing in good condition that are original pieces from luxury brands. Your products will be assigned a price that factors in the original cost, condition, brand, model, and demand.

3. Deliver your pieces
Deliver your pieces to our showroom in CDMX (by appointment) or send them to us by mail. If we receive a previously-authorized piece that differs from the photos, we will return the item by mail at no additional cost.

4. Let us prepare your item for sale
Our team will take pictures of your item and write a product description that shares the look and feel of Dream Closet. If a product does not sell in the first three months, it will be discounted by 20%. If your product does not sell, you can remove it from our platform or choose to increase the discount percentage. The maximum time a product can be held is 10 months, and if you withdraw a product before the end of the first three months, you’ll be charged an operational fee of $500 Mexican Pesos.

5. Receive your payment
When you make a Dream Closet sale, you’ll receive payment via bank transfer within 30 days. For articles that cost more than $20,000 Mexican Pesos, a commission of 20% will be charged, and for articles that cost fewer than $19,999 Mexican Pesos, a commission of 30% will be charged.
